Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment: To secure your virtual consultation appointment and receive connection details, kindly make payment using one of the available methods. Note that payment is required beforehand in order to receive connection details for the consultation. Please review our Payment Policy for accepted methods, cancellation/refund guidelines, and rescheduling procedures. For any assistance, contact our customer support team at info@medconnex.co.za. Cancellations: We understand that plans may change, and appointments may need to be adjusted accordingly. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 2 hours in advance. Note that cancellation within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the consultation fee. Your cooperation is appreciated, and we look forward to serving you.
